I had to make a website for my assignment at university. I had to change the image of a band or artist. The band i chose i do was a band called The Matches, they are a band from California in America. I had already made some leaflets for the last assignment and we had to use that image. I decided to make them into pirates. This is my first website i have ever made. Dreamweaver takes a lot of getting used to and i found it hard to make this website. I decided to go for the simple idea of the first leaflet which was white with pirate looking pictures, because im not very good at using Dreamweaver i wanted to make this is simple so that i could make a good looking website without making it very complicated. i have 5 pages all together, an index page, news page, gallery page, tour page and an about page. i first made the index page by putting an image of the matches in there and an enter pink to the news page. on the news page i have links to all the pages apart from the index page. I used CSS boxes to put all the information onto my pages. i have a logo i made on Photoshop and two images i took from othersites. I repeated this for all the pages but adding the necessary information to each page. I had some trouble adding the audio to my website but i managed to add it to my website. after i had finished making the website. I then added my website to the Zappa network. I then tested my website on the Zappa network it and it was fine. i think i have made a good website with a new image for the matches.
